You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return before sending a parcel.
Return condition and address
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Keep proof of purchase. Personalized goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; this does not affect remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return costs
You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return; original standard delivery charges are not refunded for these returns. We cover reasonable return costs when an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate method. No restocking fee applies.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting a return, we will tell you whether it is approved and, if approved, issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to display it. We do not require you to accept store credit instead of an approved refund.
Cancellations and exchanges
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, the return process applies. For another size or color, contact us to arrange a return and a new order. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
